CONNECTION CREATES CHANGE
Research, impact and learning: we work with individuals and organisations to drive global change and social justice.
ABOUT US
Looped Learning, a space and process for social change, stewarded by Dr Helen Underhill & Dr Laura Hirst.
Initially introduced through our work on fire risk in informal settlements, our connection grew through shared values, principles and practices of justice, equity and ethics.
We are engaged in research, impact, learning and education across the global development, humanitarian, education and social impact sectors.
We believe in the power of connection to create change: through our own practice, we understand how important it is to explore and (re)discover, to reflect and unlearn. Looped Learning is a framework and practice through which collaboration and connectedness can create new ways to think, (un)learn, build and (re)imagine.
With direct experience of research and practice in development and humanitarian contexts, and in education and learning across formal and informal spaces, we work with individuals and organisations to drive transformative social change. Through connecting our various knowledge and skills, we are driven to understand and respond to the complex, wicked and messy problems of today’s world.
Connect with us to explore:
Research: conceptualisation, project design, methods, ethics, evaluation or impact
Learning: academic mentoring, skills / capacity building, training, facilitation
Impact and strategy: translating your research and project into the practice.
